At the Lormar Tour it's all about the vibe, food, relaxation, family and great scenery! We provide a Tour for the whole family not just for the single rider.
The Tour kicks off with an exhilarating night ride of 20 km, while experiencing the beautiful sunset only the Karoo can offer. Stage 2 offers a challenging but scenic 60km route with single track, jeep track and district roads. Stage 3, 65km takes the riders on a journey through a neighbouring game farm. Stage 3b is only 10km and just for the fun of it! This route will take you through horse stables, over dam walls and over a bridge testing your skill as well as your level for fun!
At the Lormar Tour we make sure there is loads of entertainment for the supporters like – Horse riding and Ponies for the kids, Hiking and Swimming while you are racing your bike. We also have a new edition to the Tour – the Lormar Mini. This is for beginner riders, the family and supporters that like to do shorter distances each day.
Our main goal is to create awareness of the spectacular Karoo and what it offers so freely. This is a Tour you can NOT miss out on!
